KONO! Original Mirage 35mm film

Finally got to test this on a cloudy day and the subtle, sunny tones were surprisingly lovely—then as dusk came, it transformed into those punchy saturated colors I'd hoped for. The 24 exposures felt like a perfect short project.

Shot a roll during golden hour and it handled the bright highlights beautifully. The shift to that deep, saturated look after sunset was genuinely surprising. My prints from a C41 lab came back with zero issues.

Wasn’t sure what to expect from a film that changes character at dusk, but those sunset shots came out punchy and saturated while the midday frames stayed soft and airy. The 24 exposures felt just right for an afternoon out.
