KODAK PROFESSIONAL T-MAX P3200 Film

Ultra-high speed black-and-white film

KODAK PROFESSIONAL T-MAX P3200 Film / P3200TMZ excels when shooting in low light or when capturing fast action.   It is ideally suited for handheld street scene photography, night work, and dimly lit venues where you can’t use flash.   While the nominal film speed of P3200 TMZ is ISO 800, the “P” means it’s designed to be push processed to EI 3200 or higher.

Avery ★★★★★

Pushed this film to 6400 for a dimly lit concert and the grain was surprisingly smooth, with great shadow detail even in the darkest corners. It handles fast action just as well, freezing a guitarist's strum without blur. Definitely my go-to for low-light shooting now.

Joseph L. ★★★★★

Perfect for freezing fast-moving street scenes at dusk—I shot a whole roll during golden hour and the grain was surprisingly smooth for a 3200-speed film. The 36 exposures gave me plenty of frames to experiment with different push-processing.

Julian E. ★★★★★

Shooting a dimly lit punk show last weekend and this film let me keep my shutter speed high enough to freeze the drummer's sticks mid-air. The grain is pronounced but gorgeous, and pushing it feels effortless.
