David J. ★★★★★ Oct 23, 2026

The color saturation on this reel is unreal for Super 8, and the fine grain held up beautifully even in lower light. I've shot a few rolls now and the footage scans with almost no noise, which is exactly what I wanted for a short film.

Ava U. ★★★★★ Oct 22, 2026

Shooting this reel felt like a mini celebration—the fine grain kept everything crisp while the colors popped exactly like the classic Ektachrome look. It's pricey, but for a 50-foot run, the vibrancy is spot on for capturing bright outdoor scenes.

I’ve been waiting for a film that gives me true-to-life colors, and the fine grain on this 50-foot reel is exactly what I needed for my outdoor scenes. The vibrant saturation really pops without looking fake.
